‘Kumo’ is the Japanese word for ‘cloud’, describing the cloud like shapes of this cotton print. Interpreted from a traditional Indonesian batik or wax resist patterned textile, the softly swirling motifs of this fabric have a versatile, all over design that layers beautifully with textures and plains in a decorative scheme, as curtains, cushions or upholstery.
