Space dyed embroidery yarns which give variation in colour and accentuate the look of a handmade fabric are used in this softly geometric design. The motif is very loosely based on the shapes found in a hand knotted rug and the name alludes to the z-shaped repeat of the pattern. The two sophisticated colourways are both useable and work in harmony with the design and technique.
