Natural lacquer is a well-known specialty in Asia, especially in Thailand. The tradition of making lacquer from the sap or trees and from insects goes back many centuries, for creating prized handcrafts that have exceptional glossy luster and rich depth of color. This range of entirely hand-made wallpapers are created using natural lacquer, combining colored paper surfaces with lacquer that is applied in layers by hand and brush. These papers are luxuriously rich with texture, color and shine for walls, ceilings and other decorative applications. Their artisanal, one-of-a-kind decorative quality is enhanced with practical aspects of being washable, moisture-proof and anti-mold. Each lacquer wallpaper is offered in 3 meter panel lengths.
