Velvet was traditionally a symbol of wealth and opulence, found adorning the walls and furniture of royal houses and British stately homes. Fox Linton’s new velvet Burlington draws inspiration from this rich history, subtly adapting the look to be suitable for a modern setting. In addition to soft neutrals, which Fox Linton is well-known for, contemporary blushes and more classic jewel-like tones have also been incorporated into the colour palette. The 100% cotton yarn gives Burlington a beautiful handle and a durability that fits in with Fox Linton’s sustainable ethos – creating fabrics that last a lifetime.
