Keeree Ikat
This spectacular, contemporary Thai silk pattern gets its name from a Thai word meaning ‘mountain’. Adapted from a 1970’s hand woven ikat discovered in the Jim Thompson archives, the traditional ikat is hand tie dyed and hand woven of textured Thai silk and metallic threads, but is created for modern living, with high abrasion resistance, superb lightfastness and nano finish stain repellency. Its unusual mirrored repeat adds a dramatic look to sofas, settees and larger ottoman upholstery.
